Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
WALL ART ~ To best protect our customers and ourselves, all wall art shipments will require a signature upon delivery. We provide photos for all made-to-order pieces when completed and will let you know when we are shipping the order. Tracking is provided via USPS.
International orders are shipped via US Postal First Class mail.
You will receive a US Postal customs number when we ship your package. Although this custom number might (but not always) show tracking within the USA, it is not a true tracking number, and not able to track your package internationally. Our shipping prices do not include customs, excise or duty fees charged by the destination country.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you via email to the email account you have with Etsy within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished by Etsy.
Should the shipment be returned due to non-delivery, the postage incurred is not refundable. The package will reship after buyer pays the postage to reship.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. A picture of the damage is also appreciated for the purpose of insurance claims.

We handle custom orders on a case by case basis. We will also happily create a piece similar to another we may have already sold. All custom orders are paid in advance.
