Your satisfaction is my top priority! I want you to truly love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accept the return of your merchandise, in its original condition. Please communicate with me within 14 days of delivery—after 14 days, all sales are final. All items must be returned in their original state (yarn in a skein and roving intact). Shipping costs will not be refunded and I cannot be responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Currently, the methods of payment I accept are Paypal and Direct Checkout through Etsy.

Please note, you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! During checkout, choose the Paypal option. After you submit your order, click the “pay now” button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit card or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account!

All orders shipped to CA addresses will be charged sales tax.

I will always ship to your Etsy “ship to” address, unless other arrangements are made. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, I will be happy to send the item directly to the recipient. I offer gift wrapping and an enclosed card, at no additional charge. Please leave a note in the “message to sender” box during the checkout process or contact me directly by clicking the “contact WonderlandDyeworks” link, to let me know the giftee’s address and what you would like included in the enclosed card.

I ship purchased items within 2 business days of your order. (Except for fiber club packages. Please see item description for fiber club shipping information.)
I ship First Class domestic and First Class international through USPS.

For international orders, the delivery time varies and may take up to 2 to 5 weeks. Please note, I am not responsible for customs charges and customs delays on receiving end. Thank you!

If you purchase multiple items, I always combine shipping and refund any overages over $1.

To care for your yarn, gently wash in cool water and lay flat to dry--unless, of course, felting is the desired result, then plenty of hot water and agitation is the way to go!
