Payment Details
Pay with PayPal:
PayPal payments are welcome! Remember that your order will ship to the address on your Etsy account on the Etsy Transaction Page (not the address listed on your PayPal account).
Pay with Credit Card:
Credit cards are processed directly through Etsy. Your order will be shipped to the address you select or enter in your Etsy account at checkout.
Receiving Payments:
Orders should be paid for within 2 days of purchasing. Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Custom and personalized orders
Exchanges are only offered if there was an error on my part in describing the item, or if the item was damaged due to an error in my packaging. I am not responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders.

Original Art
Original art is one of a kind and cannot be exchanged or replaced if lost. Returns are not accepted. If the item is lost, please contact me at hello[at]wondershins.com, and we'll see what we can do.
Gift Messages
Any gift messages must include the name of the sender, so that the recipient will know the message and package are from the sender. If no name is included with the gift message, we will contact the sender through Etsy messages with a deadline to notify us. If we do not hear back from you by the end of the deadline, we will have to send the package without the gift message.
Packages Sent as First Class Letter
Packages sent as a first class letter are to help save on shipping costs, especially international orders. This applies to light, flat items such as stickers and magnets. The item will be sealed in a sleeve, and then packaged in a flat, kraft envelope that will be delivered to your mailbox.
First class letter packages come with a regular postage stamp and do not have tracking info. If you prefer having tracking info, there are options to upgrade shipping.
As of August 11, 2021, first class letter packages sent to the United States will include tracking info but will still be sent in a flat envelope. International orders will not include tracking info. This is to save on shipping costs.
