Our jewelry gets cut and shaped from a solid block of raw material, which we produce in-house. -
After some rough shaping, the piece gets precisely cut into its final shape. All of our work is done by hand. -
To finish it all up, the piece of jewelry gets polished to a flawlessly smooth and sparkly finish. -

SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are sent with DHL express shipping. Shipping times vary by location, however estimated standard shipping times are:
- Europe: 1-3 business days
- U.S.: 2-4 business days
- Canada: 2-4 business days
- Asia pacific: 3-5 business days
- Other: 3-5 business days
We also ship with FedEx Priority at a small additional fee.
- Europe: 1-3 business days
- Worldwide: 2-5 business days
When ordering please also include your PHONE NUMBER.
Please note: the "ship by" date is not equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your order is expected to leave our studio.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you. Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
PRODUCT CARE
JEWELRY:
- Best cleaned with a soft dry cloth.
- Avoid prolonged/regular contact with water.
- Avoid contact with chemical cleaners, nail polish remover and similar cleaning products.
- Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and abrasive cleaning products.
- Avoid extreme heat and avoid leaving your piece in the sun for extended periods of time.
- Best stored individually in a dry, dark place.
Knife holders and other large products made from WOOD ONLY require a reapplication of wood treating oils (linseed oil, mineral oil etc.) every couple of years, or once the item shows signs of age. These items can also not be treated, however that may affect their long term quality.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Ready to ship items are usually dispatched within 2 business days (not counting holidays and weekends).
Production time for made to order items varies from item to item, but generally the time does not exceed 10 business days from the time you place your order to shipping. Our lead time is usually much longer in the months before and after Christmas/New Year.
The actual lead time will be displayed during checkout.
CUSTOM and SOLD OUT items
We accept custom requests that are similar to our work. The exception is during November and December.

We use DHL and FedEx express shipping services. Both DHL and FedEx require a phone number, so that they are able to arrange for an easier delivery, as well as update the customer with vital information.
