I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout. Made to order / Custom items are not made until payment is finalized, so please account for that time (e.g. if the listing says it takes 1-2 weeks, the 1-2 weeks starts after the payment goes through).
Non-Custom items are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Custom items are made to order and can take between 2-30 business days before shipping depending on the item. Please see the listings for more details.

Rush orders can be provided - please contact me before purchasing.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the item (see listings for more detail). If you'd like to upgrade/downgrade, just send me a message and I can update the listing for you.

I will let you know when the item ships and provide you with the tracking number, if applicable.

When purchasing products, please triple-check that your shipping address is correct, as I will not be responsible for lost packages that are shipped to an incorrect shipping address that was given to me.

When you receive your order, please be very gentle when opening the package as to not damage the items inside. I package items as best as possible, but in some instances I cannot avoid items being very close to the openings so that I can provide affordable shipping costs. I will do my best to make it known to you to be careful when opening the package, but please understand that I cannot be responsible for items damaged by the recipient.

Once an order has shipped, please be aware that I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packaged by the carrier.

International Shipping:
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. The shipping time varies by destination and I cannot provide estimates. If you need something by a certain date, I suggest you order at least a few months in advance. However, I cannot be responsible for orders that don't come on time. Message me if you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International which may arrive faster, but I still cannot guarantee it. Please be aware that I cannot be responsible for any delays for items stuck in customs.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all fees, duties, VATs and customs charges levied by the buyer's country. Customs policies vary from country to country and I have no control of the amount charged or am I capable of predicting the amount. You may be able to contact your local customs office for more information. As per my Refund Policy, I do not refund personalized/custom products even if you refuse to pay customs charges, period.
Refunds and Exchanges
For Non-Custom Items:
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy, please let me know why and I can gladly offer you a refund for NON-CUSTOM items less the shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days after receipt. Please use a trackable method of shipping. Exception: Wholesale orders are non-refundable.

Note: Shipping costs are never refunded in any case.

For Custom Items:
Unfortunately, custom items and orders cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled as I cannot resell them. Please be 100% sure that your spelling and information is correct before making your final purchase. I cannot be responsible for any mistakes on your part. Please message me with any questions or concerns before purchasing as I would like you to be confident with your custom order. Thank you for understanding.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are handmade; therefore, no two are alike. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the example pictures.

Due to slight inconsistencies and variations of display monitors, the colors of all the products may not be a completely accurate representation of the actual product. If you would like to see an example of any of our paper goods, please contact me.

For items with custom information, please be 100% sure that the wording is spelled correctly and all the information is accurate before sending it to me. Once I receive it, I will assume it is the finalized draft (unless specified otherwise) and I cannot be responsible for mistakes on your part that are found later. *An additional fee may be added to your order to make up for the mistake.

To save paper/trees, I do not include receipts in the packages I send. If you would prefer to have one, please let me know in the "Notes to woodandgrain" section when purchasing items.

I converse strictly through Etsy conversations and emails to keep accurate records of every exchange. Sorry, I am not able to do phone calls.

The shop is closed on weekends and federal holidays.
