Adorable stool (albeit short) but well made, unique & will fit nicely in my newly remodeled grey, black and white bathroom.

Quick way to create weavings. Have made 2 in the week I have owned this loom!

We LOVE this stool! And has a wonderful experience with sellers... There was an issue with a leg (probably the result of it being manhandled by a teen , as the brackets are sturdy and one would likely not have broken if it were used as intended! ) But they immediately got back to me when I asked how to go about repairing the bracket, and are sending a new one with clear and simple instructions on how to replace the broken one. Even though we could get the part in Home Depot. Will post a photo when the stool is back on its feet!

Ordered on May 5, ship by date was May 17, shipping happened May 20/21, and was delivered May 23. The drill holes on one end were incredibly off center, which made the warp beam jut off at a noticeable angle rather than straight across. I contacted the seller and told them I had issues with assembly. They said they would ship a new loom out “in a few days.” A “few days” means 3 days, so after 6 days passed I followed up and asked for an update. I didn’t hear back after 12+ hours and was already feeling really anxious, so filed a dispute with Etsy. The sellers then responded in a defensive and belittling manner, but gave me a full refund. I’m grateful for the refund, just wish they were clear with communication. If it would take 2 weeks to resolve this, say that instead of “a few days.”
