I love the wooden puzzle. The wood cutouts are beautiful and well done. Lovely craftsmanship. It arrived fairly quickly considering it traveled from Lithuania to the US. The cardboard book-like packaging kept it from being damaged in the mail.

Hi there, nSadly, the packaging didn't protect my bunnys and one arrived with a snapped ear. I think the package needs to be taped down as well as closed with the fastener. But it's a great product and was shipped fast. Thank you very much, nHolly

Payment
We accept payments by Paypal and credit/debit cards payments. Item(s) will be made within 2 weeks from when we receive your order, then it will be shipped to you.
Shipping
Shipping method - regular post. It takes up to 5 business days to ship your order from Lithuania to other European countries and up to 12 days to non European countries.
Registered Mail Service for additional protection and security is available only if requested for extra charge. For each registered order a mailing receipt is issued by the office of mailing and a record of delivery is maintained at the office of destination. Please contact us if you wish to add this service to your order.
We are able to ship your order by UPS as well. Please contact us if you would like to get your order by UPS.
A confirmation of shipping will be forwarded to you by email to confirm the order’s shipping date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We want you to enjoy your linen items! If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve any problem to your satisfaction. Please email us with any concerns.

Refunds: In the unlikely event you wish to return merchandise purchased from LinenKids, we will refund item costs, but you will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs. You must return the goods in the same original packaging and condition as you received them for a full refund. NOTE: personalized items and christening outfits can not be exchanged or returned for refund, except defective products.

Returns: Purchases must be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at info [!at] linenkids.com with your name, address, order number and reason for return. We will contact you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which we ask that you mark on the outside of the return package. To avoid being responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit, please return the items using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items.

Refund Procedures

After LinenKids has received any returned products and checked the conformity of the products with requirements mentioned above, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the form of payment used by you (PayPal, credit/debit card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when LinenKids learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once LinenKids has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
