All earrings are made using resin, real dried and pressed botanicals and metals, either gold plated metal, sterling silver or base metal.

Please be aware that all metals will tarnish over time and caring for them correctly will prolong the life.

Harsh chemicals to avoid include alcohol, acetone and oil as these can damage the surface of the resin.

Avoid showering and swimming with your earrings on or submerging your earrings under water.

It is best to keep your earrings in a jewellery box and do not store in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade.

Avoid extreme heat and sharp objects.

Sorry, I am unable to provide complimentary or discounted replacements when an item is lost, stolen or damaged after delivery now do I sell single earrings as all earrings are made in pairs which are as perfectly matched as nature allows.

On occasion items in the post will be delayed. Often this is because of foreign customs inspections, bad weather, postal strikes or other things which are out of my control. Etsy's delivery dates are estimates only and not guarantees.

All UK Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Multiple orders to one address will be sent out in one parcel to reduce packaging unless separate parcels are requested at time of purchase.

Please provide Etsy with your full name and accurate delivery address. I am not responsible for post being returned as undeliverable due to mistakes made at check out. If a parcel is returned it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage once the mistake has been corrected. I may cancel orders that do not include First and Last names. Many postal systems require this information to assist with delivery. Thank you!

I dispatch all items in the order they are received. First order in is the first order out. I am unable to accommodate requests for expedited dispatch. I believe this is the most fair method of dispatch for everyone. Any questions, just send me a message and I will be happy to help out.

I am happy to discuss your needs regarding custom botanical jewellery. However, due to the nature of my business I am only able to work on special orders between January and September.

All orders accepted by Woodstock & Fern must be under the limit for Etsy's Buyer Protection Program. This protects the buyer and all orders must fall within its limitations. Large orders should be divided into separate orders which qualify for Buyer Protection. The current maximum amount to qualify is $500US or the equivalent in your local currency. Any order placed which does not qualify may be cancelled so the buyer can purchase again with Buyer Protection.
