A true mom and pop shop we have a small music store in Woodstock, New York the namesake of the famous 1969 concert that changed music festivals forever.

5 out of 5 starsAbove and beyond! I can't thank Woodstock Music Shop enough for all the effort in assisting me. My niece was in town from Florida and purchased a butterfly from the shop in Woodstock. She loved the piece so much that she decided to hand carry it home. Well, TSA is not gentle and they broke the butterfly during screening at the airport. My niece was devastated. Super aunt to the rescue, I called Woodstock Music Shop (as I am local), explained the situation and Jennifer couldn't have been more accommodating. We figured out how to fix the problem and I ordered the same piece here on Etsy and was shipped expeditiously. Jennifer, for what it's worth, you made a young girl smile today. And the gift of a smaller butterfly along with the one that was broken was beyond generous. You are a super star!

My experience was as follows: my order arrived promptly, the items looked just as they did in the images, and were of high quality. This seller is super helpful and great to work with and answered all of my questions. Because I had such a great initial experience with this seller, I've ordered more to complete my larger project.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrap is available as an extra charge. We wrap in brown craft paper with baker’s twine and a vinyl art gift tag attached.
