Welcome to my store! I hope that you enjoy all of my offerings! All items are handmade by me in my smoke-free home. I take great pride in my workmanship and want you to be pleased with anything you purchase.

Returns and exchanges
You complete satisfaction is a priority. Refunds and exchanges are handled on an individual basis. Please contact me within 5 days of receipt with any problems so we can resolve the issue. I require a digital photograph emailed showing any damage to the packaging prior to opening and any damage of the item(s) received.

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Payment
I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout. All payments need to be made within 48 hours of purchase. Items not paid for within 48 hours will be cancelled and relisted. If for some unforseen reason you need to cancel a purchase prior to payment please contact me for cancellation.

7% tax will be charged for customers in New Jersey.
Shipping
I ship USPS First Class unless otherwise arranged.

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks of payment received, not counting weekends and holidays. This allows time for the print to be processed at the professional lab that I use, I inspect and sign, then ship to you.

Note cards (individuals) come with an appropriate white envelope, they're placed in a clear cello envelope to protect from moisture dammage; (sets) come in a protective box for gift giving.

All items are shipped to the address on your Etsy or PayPal account unless previously discussed.

I currently do not ship internationally.
