I bought these as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves them. The grey color goes great with everything. They are very soft and comfortable. Also, when USPS lost the original package, Jessie made me a new pair super quick and overnighted them with an extra headband so I could get it prior to Christmas. The products are great but the customer service is even better! I would definitely purchase again.

The scarf is even better than I expected. The grey color is gorgeous with flecks of tan/brown. It's also really soft and warm which I am loving right now. Also, Jessie was a saint to work with when USPS lost the original package. She overnighted a new one without hesitation and threw in a cute headband for my troubles! I would recommend this product to everyone.

I could not be more satisfied with the custom shawls I ordered!! She worked closely with me to get measurements from my bridesmaids and made sure they were to my liking. Production and shipping were pretty quick and she even sent some extra ribbon for the shawls in case I need to adjust the ties. I can't wait to hand them out and get pictures of all of us in matching shawls! It's the perfect personal touch to my wedding :)
