Care instructions
I recommend that all of my yarns and objects made with my yarns be hand washed, but if the yarn is listed as superwash wool it may be washed in cold water on gentle setting, and laid flat to dry.
Custom and personalized orders
I take custom orders! For larger quantities of my popular colorways, I will take a custom order. Please contact me with your preferred colorway, base (must also be a current base I carry), and quantity and I can get a custom order started for you right away!

Why is my colorway not how it looked in the product photo?
I try my best to photograph each object, and attempt to maintain color integrity. However, settings on monitors vary. In addition to this, different skeins within "dye lots" and colorways vary in color. Colorways also vary between bases as some bases take color better than others.
Wholesale availability
I am currently not available for wholesale opportunities.
What if my yarn is not up to the quality I think it should be? (knots, underspun portions, horrible texture, etc.)
Let me know. I will refund you, no questions asked, and you can keep the yarn. I trust you! I try to eliminate this by paying attention to each skein of yarn, but if anything happens please, please let me know. I want to be able to boast a 100% satisfaction guarantee!
