This little lamb is so very beautiful. I will cherish her for years to come. She's a definite family heirloom. Thank you for your prompt shipping and kind communication. I would give you a 100-star rating if it were possible!

About

Building our Own Cottage Industry one sheep at a time.

I have always had two passions, creating with my hands and the love of animals.
Everything began to blend together in my business life in 2000, when I was introduced to the art of needle felting. Being this is wool based art, I dreamed of owning a cottage industry. It was a very exciting day when I drove 300 miles to pick up my first starter flock of sheep. I open the tailgate of my Jeep and popped in five sheep! (with a tarp down) :) Today we have 18 ewes and farm trailer.

I have no employees, I work from my farm studio which was started to work from home (my husband is disabled , I need to be near by) Almost everything in my shop is handmade by me using our sheep wool.

Thank-you for visiting our etsy store!

Welcome.. It makes me " over the moon" to make a sale that delights a customer. I have such a personal investment in my work. I have raised my sheep for generations and care deeply for each one, they have names. Some babies have spent some time in the house if they were sick. All the animals are fed and watered, and kept as dry and warm in the winter and as cool and comfortable as possible in the summer. Once a year the wool is sheared, skirted, sorted, picked ,washed, carded, and some is dyed on our farm by me. I design and make most of the items shown, with the exception of the needles and sponge pads. See more on Facebook.
