Etsy emails a link to the email you use for your purchase of a digital product very shortly after the transaction is complete. If on a mobile device you need to open that link in a browser. If you click on it in your phone email it often sends you to the etsy app which does not have downloads available.

I recommend you make an etsy account prior to purchasing. Your purchases are always available to download via it's specific receipt. So if you want to re download in the future it is always available in your etsy account.
