Hello - I want to let you know I am liquidating my store. It's time to move on. Right now I'm offering 30% off all items which should allow me to recoup my costs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Refunds will be given within 15 days of the transaction and once the item is received by me.

I take direct Etsy sales and PayPal.
Shipping
I ship within 1-3 business days of your order, normally the same day if possible. There are times when my full-time job takes me out of town and if an order is placed, it may take a couple of extra days. In that case, I will send you a conversation letting you know.
Additional policies and FAQs
If for some reason I have a product listed in which the price is "too good to be true", well the listing is more than likely incorrect. I recently updated new products and accidently listed a 2 ounce price for a 4 ounce braid with 3 available. The wool sold within one hour and when I looked at the transaction, I saw my mistake. I let the buyer know I was canceling the transaction because I had made a mistake. Unfortunately, the buyer was very ugly about the whole thing which was disappointing. Anyway, I try to be accurate but sometimes I make a mistake. If that happens, the transaction may be canceled.
