Are hand-drawn patterns/kits, paper patterns, books or magazines returnable?

I'm sorry they are NOT returnable due to copyright laws.

Do you combine multiple items and refund excess shipping charges?

YES! Your order will be shipped via USPS.

A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY EXCESS SHIPPING CHARGES.

The shipping calculator is not always accurate when multiple items are purchased. I always combine multiple items in the same package and refund any excess charge.

If you have questions, please convo me with your zip code and the items you are interested in and I will be happy to give you a shipping quote.

If I return an item will I get a full refund?

A 10% restocking fee is charged on all returns to cover seller and transaction fees. Shipping charges are not refundable.
