1 out of 5 starsI really don't like leaving negative feedback. But I've tried resolving this via email. I paid for 2 hats on August 19. They haven't arrived. I really like the look of the craftsmanship in the photos. So I hope I can still get these. If so, I'll come back and update the feedback. For now? It's been over 3 months and nothing.
