Thank you for the feedback. I strive to provide the most detailed information I can about Words to Sweat by products and the description clearly states that the charm is an aluminum disc. Aluminum is a very sturdy metal that is non-tarnish and allows me to offer these bracelets at an affordable price for people intending to use it while they workout.

Kim, Thank you for the feedback. I apologize if the description wasn't clear about the cuff being a DIY wrap. This approach has allowed people to wear it as tightly or loosely as they'd like. What many people do is wrap it first around their fingers to create the shape of the cuff while also leaving a little give in case they want to make it tighter once it's placed over the hand and on to wrist. It should make the process a lot faster. If you have any additional questions or comments, please let me know. - Dana

Returns and exchanges
Towels are eligible for return if the are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was shipped. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it is unused and unwashed, a refund will be issued via the Paypal.
Jewelry items are eligible for return if there is a flaw in the craftsmanship unrelated to the nature of hand stamped jewelry (e.g., letter alignment).
Words to Sweat by is not responsible for a change of mind, custom charges, unclaimed items or lost mail, damaged items by fault of the courier, but if the mistake is mine, I will be glad to give full refund.
Payment
PayPal payment should be received within three (3) days and money order within five (5) days of your online purchase.
All residents of CA are charged the appropriate sales tax.
