All jewelry items are lovingly handmade by me. Your purchase will arrive to you sweetly giftwrapped and well protected in a box within a bubble mailer.

All purchases ship via standard First Class USPS mail. All orders within the U.S. will also have delivery confirmation.

Need your purchase faster? You may upgrade to Priority Shipping for an additional fee, please contact me before purchasing. Honestly though, I have faith in the U.S. Postal Service and my packages have always gotten to their destinations quickly and safely! Standard First Class is perfect for these small items and saves you a bit on shipping costs as well. :)

I only accept PayPal. However, you do NOT need a PayPal account in order to purchase! You may pay as a "guest" through PayPal and use any major credit card. Please rest assured that I NEVER see your credit card information. Payments through PayPal are completely secure. As the seller, I only receive the money and your shipping address! PayPal handles your actual information.

I do require immediate payment! Please pay right after ordering! Otherwise, I will send you a reminder. If I recieve no response or payment, I will be forced to cancel the sale. (I have never done this, and I hope I never have to!) Please note that I will NOT ship your item until payment is received. So the sooner you pay, the sooner your item is on its way to you!

I do cross-reference the address you submit to Etsy with the address you submit in PayPal. PLEASE let me know as soon as possible if these do not match. Otherwise, I will have to contact you to ask and that will of course delay shipment.

You will receive an Etsy Conversation from me when your item has shipped. A copy of this message is also automatically sent to your e-mail by Etsy.

Your purchase will be carefully packed in a Kraft jewelry box, and wrapped in colored paper and vintage ribbon. Perfect for gifting to a friend, or treating yourself!

In order to reduce packaging costs, items will be packed in as few boxes as possible. For example, if you order two necklaces, depending on their sizes, they may be packed in the same box. But please let me know if it is imperative that they be boxed separately (i.e. they are gifts for two people). But also know that I will not cram jewelry to save space! If the items cannot fit comfortably together, I will box them separately. So rest assured that your jewelry will be well protected!

Please note that the shipping charges you see include not only the actual cost of postage, but also the costs of the protective boxes and bubble mailers. The colored paper and ribbon however, adds a negligible amount, so that is on me :)

If your ordered items are in stock (and most are, if not it will say in the listing "made to order") they will ship as soon as possible! U.S. orders are shipped daily, but international orders require a trip to the Post Office for customs forms, and may not be shipped until a day or two after you order. Please know that your order will be shipped out in a timely manner! And I do go to the Post Office quite often, no matter what I say about the hassle ;)

Shipping times may vary. U.S. orders may take as little as one day after shipping, but it is usually 2-4 days. A simple guideline is how far away from me you are! For this reason, of course international orders will take longer to receive.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Due to the nature of my items and for hygienic reasons, I cannot accept accept returns or exchanges on my jewelry! But if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me. I want your buying experience to be a pleasant one, and I will do what I can to help!

Please also contact me before you decide to leave neutral or negative feedback. There may be a simple resolution for it all!

All my items come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

If there is something you like in the shop but would like it changed up a bit, I am only a convo away. I would love to make the perfect piece just for you! Things like necklace and bracelet lengths can be altered pretty easily. Or perhaps you would like a different color bead or something. Do not hesitate to ask and I will see what I can do!
