The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
► full refund/item exchange available after I receive the item back (convo me)
► i'm not responsible for shipping damage (but convo me if this happens).
► please make sure you read full description of the item, for questions don't hesitate to convo me.

● Exchanges are negotiable, but just in case of shipping damage, not lost packages. Please save the box/envelope it was shipped in and contact me. We'll negotiate exchange item after I receive the damaged item. (You pay for shipping it back to me and I pay for re-shipping it.)

● Please read all the information on size and materials before buying. I can't negotiate exchange because you misinterpret the description. If something's unclear - I'm more than willing to answer all questions.

►Colors might be slightly different due to monitor settings!

► I'm not responsible for missing packages (I do try and help to find them), no refund. If you're not willing to take any risks - please contact me about upgrading your shipping option.
Payment
► payment is expected at checkout, unless you we discuss differently (before purchase).
► once the order is placed - you can't cancel it
► you are responsible for any customs or taxes, that might come up on your end - please make sure to check that before ordering.
► I cannot mark orders as gifts
Shipping
► orders placed from US & Canada will be shipped from the US warehouse, the rest of the orders will be shipped from Latvia, EU, unless they are out of stock.
► once the order is shipped - you will receive a shipping notification and you can check your order status under your profile/reviews&purchases
► Shipping times are rough estimates, please take that into consideration, but if your order doesn't arrive within 30 working days (after the shipping notification), please contact us and we'll do our best to try and rectify the situation.
► for any upgrades - please contact us in advance of your order.
► you are responsible for any customs that might come up as you receive the order.
Additional policies and FAQs
► please note that a slight smell of vinegar might be present to the items, it is due to the printing method. This will disappear with the first wash (please refer to washing instructions to each listing) and is not considered a damaged or faulty item.
