1. I don't accept returns or exchanges, nor do I provide refunds. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact me with photos and details! I want my customers to be happy with their vintage finds, and I'll work with you to find a solution.
2. Please read item descriptions carefully and review photos before purchase. While I'm willing to work with you, I am not responsible if you're unsatisfied with the information I've provided. If you have questions prior to purchasing, I'm happy to provide you with more information and photographs!
3. Once customers have left a review, I consider our business exchange over, and I'm done responding to messages about their purchase. This is due to past issues with customers who've violated my other shop policies and then left rude reviews (without asking me for help first!).
4. All orders over $100 are sent with shipping insurance that covers your order's full value in order to ensure that your purchase is protected in transit.

Due to discrepancies in vintage sizing and modern sizing, please read the description for all items before purchase! I'll have typical measurements (such as bust, waist, and length) listed. If you'd like to request additional measurements, please message me with what you'd like more details for, and I'll send additional measurements to you as soon as possible.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am willing to gift wrap orders for you on a case-by-case basis! Please message me if you'd like me to gift wrap or package your order a certain way, and I'll let you know if I'm capable of providing that for you.
If you order multiple items at a time, I'll ship everything together in one box whenever possible.
