1) Etsy encourages sellers to offer free shipping. Free shipping is included with pendant purchases within the USA, and I pay for this along with insurance for most packages. You are able to choose other shipping options if you want something faster. Etsy supplies you with tracking information for your order once I print a shipping label. I do not have any control over transit times, nor do I guarantee them. I do not offer refunds or discounts based on transit times. If you want it faster, choose a fast shipping option.

2) USPS handles 99% of my shipping, and their insurance does not cover lost or stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered. Because of this, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered. Please ship to an address that is safe for packages. I typically ship in bubble mailers or small flat rate boxes. If you have a missing package, your best bet is your local post office.

3) I highly encourage you to consider a chain or cord with your order. When you do, your pendant arrives ready to wear. It can be a challenge to find cords or chains to fit your pendant, and if you order from me, I take care of that potential problem. The cords I make are genuine leather, with clasp and jump ring I make myself. Chains are either stainless steel or copper colored steel. I use these because they are cost effective and tarnish resistant. Some people are sensitive to silver or copper being directly on their skin, and I have had no issues as of this date with the chains I offer.
