This scarf is beautiful with yarn dyed Irish linen fabric that looks to be about 180gsm. However the tracking wasn’t uploaded until I had to message the seller a week later (it was actually shipped out after 5 days). Delivery was fast to USA got it in 5 days. Thing to keep in mind however is that the scarf is not sealed at the fringes so special handling is required because the threads can unravel (see photo), also I was informed by the seller that “handcrafting” this scarf just meant making the fringes because the Irish Linen is woven in Donegal in Ireland by a linen mill, they then cut the linen to size and then their team of adults with learning disability and autism remove each thread by hand to create a fringe in Belfast. It’s still overall a beautiful item nonetheless.
