As the wortcunner and remedy-maker at Worts + Cunning Apothecary, I live in a traveling urban homestead, creating mischief wherever I can, serving lots of tea, and dancing in communities ripe for revolution. In serving my community, I act as a facilitator between the many kingdoms of plant, people, and creature, co-creating sustainable systems of health and wellbeing that build beautiful landscapes of magickal wellness both within and without. I'm a queer creature of mixed-heritage who is particularly interested in the healing intersections of ancestry, identity, and our beloved plant allies. I currently live in Long Beach, CA with my midwife-extraordinaire love, Krystel of Taproot Midwifery, and our mystical lurcher pup, Basil.

I started Worts + Cunning Apothecary in the lovely summer of 2010 to serve the quirky and brave, the ones dancing 'tween the edges, and the healers who need a good dose of healing.

My journey with plant medicine and magick began one fateful day as a young child when I met a koala bear who told me that plants were very good to eat. Many green quests, nerdy dissertations, adventures, and experimentations later, I started the Apothecary to serve you, clever friends, on your fully enchanted adventure of magick + wellbeing.
