-Deadlines-
Payment is expected within 48hrs of purchase. As each item is customised I won't begin work on your item until payment has been received.

-Methods-
I accept payment via PayPal.

-Domestic Shipping (Australia)-
Items ship within one (1) week of cleared payment.

-International Shipping-
Items ship within one (1) week of cleared payment.

-Cancellations-
A request to cancel your order must be placed within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, your order will be filled and you will need to follow the "Refunds and Exchanges" policy found below.

-Customs Charges-
International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.

-All Items-
Whether you are requesting a refund or return items must be returned to me in the condition you received them in within ten (10) days of reception.

-Customs Fees-
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from Australia.

-Damaged Items-
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me asap. You will have the option to receive a full refund or I will replace the item(s).

-Non-Damaged Items-
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.

-Lost Packages-
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me asap so we can start attempting to track it down.

Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.
