Care instructions
If possible your Wreath should be stored in the box it came in. If storing in attic, garage or basement, please be aware if there is moisture it can cause issues with your product. Your wreath should be displayed out of the harsh weathers path and out of direct sunlight. A covered overhang works best.
Custom and personalized orders
If you have placed a custom order, a reserved will be set up for you, it will include pricing and preparation time.
In certain situations, a cancellation may occur, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied. Please understand this must take place within 24 hours of placing your order, after that a 60% restocking fee will be applied.
Personalized Items
There is no refunds, exchanges or cancellation on any personalized products.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you are sending as a gift, we will be more than happy to include a handwritten note. Please be sure to message me after submitting your order with how you would like it to read.

In order to avoid disappointment, please read dimensions and listing details before purchasing. Should you have questions while reading, please message me, I will be happy to help.

When the wreaths are measured they are measured from the longest points. If their is a bow with tails it is measured to the bottom. of the tails All measurements are approximate.

We are more than happy to drop ship and include a note for a gift. Please be sure to let us know when you place your order.
Custom and personalized orders
Once your order has been placed, there will be no refunds. All custom orders need to be paid for up front. When your order is place I will confirm in writing the delivery time.
