My order has been shipped but has not arrived yet, where is it?
Sometimes orders can arrive late due to delays with the postal service.
We hope that your orders will arrive in a timely manner but unfortunately they can often be delayed, we apologise in advance if this happens to your order.
If you are based outside of the UK - Please allow up to one month for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived by one month after your shipping notification, please contact us and let us know.
If you are based in the UK - Please allow 10 working days after your shipping notification for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and let us know.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes! We are very eco conscious here at Wren & Wilson and try to make everything as eco-friendly as possible. All of our packaging is plastic free and from sustainable sources. We encourage you to reuse the packaging where you can, or recycle :) Some of our packaging can be composted too!
Can I order a custom portrait?
I release my custom portraits in batches throughout the year, so they are not always available to buy. Please keep an eye on our Instagram page for updates on release dates, or pop us an email to find out when the next release date is :)
