Resin Products: Keep items out of the sun for long periods of time to prevent discoloration or softening of product. Items can be cleaned with soap and water.

Brass Products: Keep away from water, fragrances, and chemicals to prevent fast tarnishing.

Stainless Steel Products: Will last a long time with proper care. To prevent from future discoloration keep away from excessive amounts of water, fragrances, and chemicals.

Refunds will only be granted if I can not complete your order or if I have any issues on my end.

I do not give refunds because of any issues relating to services of the USPS. Once your order is shipped or delivered issues are out of my hands. Please contact them for assistance.

If you "place an order by mistake" your order will not be refunded as responsibility is on the buyer and not the seller. Contact Etsy support for assistance.

If you can not wait for your order then please refrain from ordering. Once you place an order you agree to the processing and shipping times on each listing. Refunds or cancelations will not be granted. Read each product listing in full before making a purchase.

Shipping and processing times are shown on the listings before you place an order and on your Etsy receipt sent to your email and/or Etsy account after. Processing time is the estimated time allowed to complete your order. Shipping time is the estimated time needed to get your order to the post office to be shipped. Please refer to your reciept before messaging me about when your order will ship.
