Hi there shoppers! My name is Casandra Britton and I am the owner of WristWork by Mylk. I am 28 years old and am from Rochester, NY. I started my business on May 24th 2020. When I wasn't at work I found myself bored at home so I started creating personalized charm bracelets. I have always loved charm bracelets so I figured why not create and share them with the world?! I love having a craft where I can make jewelry that is customized to each person's personality that places an order. I made these for awhile and men started asking if I could make them a bracelet which led me in the direction to create beaded bracelets for men, women, unisex adults, and children. I found myself wanting to create my own charms for bracelets so I got into resin crafting. I started making small charms and thought it would be fun to make personalized individual keychains and wrist lanyard keychains as well. Loved the wrist lanyard idea since it still fell in with my "WristWork" theme. I will have other products made from resin as well posted since I am becoming a huge resin fan. That's enough about me. Gift wrapping and packaging

All bracelets and rings come in a colored cushioned jewelry box. Gift wrapping not available.

Refunds

Refunds will ONLY be granted if I can not complete your order or if I have any issues on my end.

I do not give refunds because of any issues relating to services of the USPS. Once your order is shipped or delivered issues are out of my hands (contact me to file a claim on your behalf if your order has a delivered status and you do not receive it).

If you "place an order by mistake" your order will not be refunded as responsibility is on the buyer and not the seller. Contact Etsy support for assistance.

If you can not wait for your order then please refrain from ordering. Once you place an order you agree to the processing and shipping times listed on your reciept. Refunds or cancelations will not be granted.
