WTF? Supplies is my destash shop. I hope to somehow gain absolution for my crafting obsession and gluttonous spending by shedding some of my supplies. I have purchased them from local bead shops, craft supply stores, online, wholesale gemstone retailers, Etsy, bead shows, and through the destash of other former craft junkies.

So, have fun, and buy a lot of stuff!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, I will issue you a full refund of the price of the items you don't like so long as you return it within 7 days. Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping.

I will only refund shipping if: 1. I have not included your entire purchase in your order, or 2. I sent the wrong item.
Please pay me within 24 hours of your purchase. I can not print the Paypal shipping label without your payment.

I only accept payment through Paypal.
US SHOPPERS: I ship via USPS with Paypal shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once I have printed your invoice. I do not require signature confirmation or insurance, but I will gladly add it to your order should you request it.

I like to ship items the day after you purchase them, but that doesn't always happen; however, I can guarantee you that I will ship it in 1-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It is more difficult for me to get off work in time to make it to the post office for international orders; therefore, please allow one week for international shipping to be mailed. Beyond that time, orders traditionally arrive within 1-2 weeks, but can take up to four weeks. If you know your country has restrictions concerning beads or whatever you order and you still order from me, the responsibility for customs traditions is on you. I will try to ship anywhere, but it's your responsibility to know what your country allows.
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm not a wholesaler or a business owner; I'm just a woman who went way overboard with supplies and a shopping addiction when I started making jewelry. If I started now, never slept, ate, went to the restroom, wasted hours watching stupid videos on youtube, or interacted with other humans, I could still be making jewelry 24/7/365 for the next 150 years.

Please ask me if you want more of something that's listed. For some reason, I bought many items in industrial quantities like I was better off for receiving a quantity discount... If I have it, I will gladly take your money for it. ;-)

I believe in ethical gemstone mining in regards to fair trade, labor practices, environmental responsibility, etc. I have tried to purchase through fair trade vendors. Most market gemstones are not natural resources from the US and have been imported. I do not have a light refractometer, nor do I personally mine gemstones. I am not a professional gemologist. I will be honest to the best of my ability about the integrity of what I sell. To the best of my knowledge, what I am selling is as described. Some gemstones are chemically enhanced, heat treated, or dyed. The gemstones in my store may be all of those things, or they may be completely natural. I understand that there are many imitations on the market, some more valuable than the original stones and some obvious fakes. I will refund any item with which you are dissatisfied within the first seven days of your receipt of that item.
