Wulfcub jewellery is hand fabricated with metals and gemstones in the UK by self-taught metalsmith Amber Tenzin. Designs are inspired by the use of jewellery as talismans and amulets, and the significance of symbolic imagery as a tool for introspective understanding.

Goods must be safely returned in their original condition with the original packaging before a refund or exchange is issued. It is recommended that returns are shipped with tracking.

Shipping
All items are sent from the UK.

Most items are shipped within 5 days of purchase, but contact me if you require a rush order. Orders will be shipped to your Etsy shipping address, so please ensure this is your current address.

Upgrading your shipping to a tracked option is recommended, especially for 'one of a kind' items. This option is available at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please not that Tracked shipping is not available in every country (e.g. China). In these cases your order will usually be sent Signed For.

Please check your countries’ customs policies before purchasing. Any import duties or customs are charged once the item reaches the destination, and these charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Occasionally there are postal delays, and overseas customers should wait at least 30 days before determining that an order is lost in the post. Claims for items undelivered must be made within 70 calendar days of the date of posting.

JEWELLERY CARE

Please take care of your purchase, especially those with gemstones. Copper jewellery will come with a small care sheet, but in addition please read the detailed information below.

-Be sure not to knock gemstones on hard surfaces.

-Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, showering etc.

-Cleaning your jewellery with gentle methods such as with soap, water and a toothbrush is recommended. Jewellery cleaning solutions and ultrasonic cleaners can damage some gemstones.

-Sterling silver and copper metals naturally form a patina over time due to exposure to the air. To avoid your jewellery tarnishing too much, polish metals with an appropriate jewellery cleaning cloth (avoiding the gemstones), and store unworn jewellery in a box or bag. Most of our jewellery is packaged in boxes that have a small anti-tarnish strip attached to slow the tarnishing process, and some unsealed copper pieces come with a small polishing cloth.

-Jewellery with a dark patina may also change over time with use and exposure to the air. You can look after the dark patina by storing it safely in the box or bag when it's not being worn, and avoiding scratching or knocking the piece.

-For some wearers, copper jewellery can interact with their own body chemistry, cosmetics or perfume and cause a green or blue stain to form on the skin. This is a perfectly normal reaction, and completely safe. It can be washed off with soap and water, and if you find it troublesome you can simply coat the part of the jewellery that touches your skin with clear nail polish. Some of our jewellery is already sealed with lacquer to help prevent this; this information can be found in the items description.

-Please ensure the wearer is not allergic to the metals used before purchasing.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
· As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
· When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time;
· If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
· As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
· Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
· Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
· Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 3 years.

· Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
· Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
· Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
· Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
