Your one-stop shop for DIY supplies!

Hi there! After I returned home from Iraq in 2009, I decided to try my hand at being a SAHM. My little family grew quickly as I welcomed 3 beautiful babies into the world over the next 4 years. Welch's Workshop Craft Supply was founded in 2012 at a small desk in the corner of my children's playroom. It wasn't long before we were rearranging the house, and I took over the formal dining room for my daily operations (who am I kidding, more like middle-of-the-night operations!).

Just a few months in I realized I needed even more room! I hired a group of guys to finish our basement and filled it wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling with supplies. I hired two family members to help and business took off. It wasn't long before more family was pitching in their time and more girls were joining our team.

It was best for my family to re-locate in 2014, and we bought a larger house with my business in mind. A week after we moved in, our 1300 square foot basement was finished and renovated to accommodate the business and 5 gals were hired full-time. We all settled into our daily routine, and I was happy knowing we were set for quite a while. Boy, was I wrong! We didn't make it 3 months before we realized we were already out-growing the space. We made it work for as long as we could, then in March of 2015 we found the space I dreamed of.

Welch's Workshop Craft Supply is now located in an awesome 8,000 square foot warehouse in Lebanon, PA. The floors are lined with endless rows of bins and shelves of thousands and thousands of craft supplies. I've managed to surround myself with the most wonderful gals, and its because of them that we're able to provide quality products and service to our incredible customers.

I am still actively serving in the Army and am grateful for how flexible and responsive our loyal customers have been over the years. There have been times when I've needed to close or make big changes or have been delayed in responding and I'm always greeted with understanding. If you or a loved one has served this great country of ours, I thank you.

Payment
We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments. PayPal eChecks must clear before we can process the order. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Pennsylvania residents are required to pay 6% sales tax.

We do have a No-Cancellation policy, but only because we process orders VERY quickly. If we haven't printed your order for processing yet, we'll be happy to cancel for you.
Shipping
We're determined to get you your items as soon as possible. During the work week, we are printing the orders for processing as quickly as you are placing them. We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and shipping, so we do not offer partial refunds for shipping overages.

Once your package is scanned “Accepted” by USPS, they have assumed responsibility for your items. In most cases, you can expect First Class packages to be delivered in 3-5 business days, and Priority Mail in 2-3 business days (from the date we ship). Every once in a while a package is delayed for delivery, or unfortunately lost. While we cannot control their delivery, we can help you with USPS Customer Service and locating your package.

International orders take 2-6 weeks for delivery. Please note, we will not adjust the value on International customs forms. This value is input directly by Etsy when we print the shipping label. We are not responsible for any customs fees associated with the delivery of an International package. International buyers may have to pay additional fees in order to sign for/receive a package.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away!

While we're sure to quality check orders a minimum of two times prior to shipment, sometimes mistakes still slip through our hands. If you receive items that are damaged or not as described, please contact us for refund/exchange options.

Don't like the items you purchased? We accept returns for all of our items as long as they're in original condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer if there was no fault on our part.

We cannot guarantee "true color". Colors may vary due to computer monitor settings and/or dye lots received from our manufacturer. We make every effort to provide accurate photos of all of our products.
