-Returns and Exchanges-
Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation and insurance.

We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars. We also accept Direct Checkout and Gift Certificates. Please keep in mind that all purchases via DC will be subject to up to a 4 day delay on shipment, as this is the time it takes Etsy to process your payment and deposit it to my account. If you need your item shipped quickly, I might suggest processing your payment through PayPal!

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.

For all sales within the state of Arizona, tax will be added at the rate of 9.25% upon checkout. For all states outside of Arizona, there will be no sales tax.

Our items are shipped according to the item. Our rosaries and jewelry are placed in a velvet bag of a coordinating color. All items can be shipped "gift ready". Polymer items all come in a coordinating organza bag and gift box when able. Please let us know in the "message to seller" if you would like the item to be “gift ready” and include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note).

We ship worldwide using USPS Priority shipping. All our items are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation which are included in the shipping price. We use flat-rate shipping whenever possible which allows for combined shipping savings. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

We will combine shipping on multiple purchases from our shop whenever possible. Some of our items are shipped flat-rate and allow for combined shipping. For a combined shipping rate, please contact us prior to making your purchase via Paypal.

All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

-Feedback-
We leave feedback in batches after items have shipped. We endeavor to leave feedback once a week.

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

-Other-
Wyndsong Designs reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.

Custom orders are gladly accepted.
All custom orders require full payment prior to final product approval and shipment.

I will not duplicate another artists design, create a scent duplicate or otherwise infringe on copyrights to produce that custom order. Don't ask me to do this!
Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on the item, its intricacy and materials availability. Should I need to order specialty items this would increase production time by up to 2 weeks.
