Beowulf! Well done. Hrothgar's speech, which I requested, has an important purpose, and the part of text, that was chosen by the jewelry-smith to be encapsulated inside the frame, showcases words and text alignment that references the theme and language used. Time was put into personalizing this for me. The craftsmanship is beautiful.

Well made, and you can tell that the layout of words was carefully and meticulously chosen/placed to reflect the necklace's meaning. Thought went into what words in the definition surrounded my "imagine" in the pendant's frame.

Shipped quickly and beautifully packaged. They're a little heavier than I'm used to, but are still comfortable to wear and absolutely perfect for any D&D fan!

About

A Crafty Geek's Studio

I was raised in a creative household, surrounded by my parent's and grandparent's craft collections. I always loved the idea of art that could be used. From handmade blankets to beautiful serving bowls, each handmade piece in the house just had that extra something special to it.

When I graduated from college with a degree in computer graphics, I found I missed that physical connection, and missed the experience of touching my own art. My mother took me on a gallery hopping trip to California for my graduation, and I was inspired to try my hand at jewelry. The idea of combining unusual items with wire work was my fascination, and I experimented with many techniques. I found wire wrapping and viking knit really worked for me.

Then I started to play with combining things I love - my jewelry, and gaming. Now I love hunting for game pieces, be they at yard sales or thrift stores, to find things that will be fun to use in jewelry or other usable, wearable art. I love being a crafty geek, and sharing those creations with the world.
