Your satisfaction is important to me. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me within 7 days of receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return. I will happily exchange or refund the price of the item ordered once the item has been returned to me in original condition. Initial shipping costs to you are not refundable.

My shop is set up to accept PayPal. Payment is due within three days of your purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Please convo me if there is to be a delay in payment.

Orders are shipped to the address connected with your PayPal.

Purchases are shipped using Priority Mail through the USPS.

All jewelry is packed in a nice re-useable box and shipped in the appropriate size Priority Mail Box. We feel that your items have a better chance of arriving at their new home safely by doing it this way.

If you'd rather have them (Jewelry items ONLY) shipped First Class (with Delivery Confirmation and/or insured), please contact me. If you choose First Class over our **FREE** shipping then Insurance is always advised and of course there is an extra fee for that depending on your location.

I am not responsible for damage or loss in shipping. Once I've dropped off the package at the post office I have no control over how they treat it. I'd hand deliver every item to final homes if it were up to me and that were at all possible!!!
