Okay, here are the A,B,C's of Me...

♥ ♥ ARTWORK & APPRECIATION ♥ ♥ My pieces take anywhere from several days (if I'm on a mad bender), to several weeks (thinking 'til my eyeballs cross), to a couple months to create (sometimes they just had percolate awhile longer :o) There's a lot of measuring, marking & thinking (which sometimes hurts and doesn't always work with a chemo brain-ha). What appears to be a naturally repeating pattern is sometimes the result of very tedious planning. With the exception of the stacks, all of the frames are specially adapted (by me) with shims - small strips of wood meticulously painted to coordinate with the piece. These are placed around the inside edge of the frame and create the necessary depth for the origami - otherwise the glass would just squash them flat which just kills the OOOOOH factor :o) I appreciate your business, and hope that in turn you will appreciate how hard your Etsy shopkeepers work to share there creations with you ('cause some of us have days jobs too...);

♥ ♥ BLUNDERS and BLEEPERS ♥ ♥ I try very hard to triple check everything before it leaves my house, however, perfection continues to elude me :o) If I make a mistake PLEASE convo to let me know and we will work together to resolve it; it is my goal to generate repeat business so it is in my best interest to produce happy customers (and lots more fun, too!)

Payment
While I prefer payments made through Paypal, money orders and checks are accepted (orders will be mailed as soon as your payment has been received and/or cleared :o)
Shipping
All items will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received. I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Larger pieces will be sent as fast as I can get to the post office; I will let you know how quickly I can get to the post office for you :o) Everything will be carefully packaged and labeled accordingly to best protect your item(s) in transit to their new happy home. The larger framed art will be shipped with insurance to save tears (yours AND mine : ) If the shipping is less than the total anticipated (includes materials), I will be happy to refund the difference. Please convo for overseas prices, as I have NO idea, but we'll figure it out!)
Refunds and Exchanges
With rare exception (damaged in the mail and reported immediately, etc.), I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. I try very hard to offer the most accurate descriptions and pictures possible. I am happy to discuss any item in further detail prior to purchase if you are at all unsure (I want you and your purchase to be blissfully happy together!)
Additional policies and FAQs
I very rarely accept custom orders ~ I'm too busy running around like a crazy lady :o) ~ However, should I accept one for you, a deposit of 50% would be required prior to initiating the order. The remaining balance due within one week of posting, (I will try to keep you posted as to my progress so you have plenty of heads up). If the purchase is not completed within two weeks and I am unable to contact you, I reserve the right to resell said item.
