B was very good at communicating, and checked in with me when I received my item to make sure that it fit alright! (I tend to have a larger head) The crocheting on this hat is well done. The stitches are concise and neat.

I loved working with Bertie. They were willing to hear my input as well as to offer suggestions to customize the perfect doll. “TexAnna” is the final addition to my office decor and is full of Tarleton spirit. I've already had a colleague who wants TexAnna for herself.

My son absolutely LOVES his “Oi! Boy” that Bertie made for him for his Easter basket. Out of all the punk prizes he awoke to this was his absolute favorite. Thank you so much Bertie! It’s perfect!!!

The item shipped quickly! And the owner was very patient with me when we were working out the details of the commission. Working with her was great and I loved the updates!
