Crafty Unicorns in Central Texas

xBlue Unicorn Crafts was founded in Stephenville, Texas back in 2011. It was the joint effort of two creative college freshman- one a crocheter and the other a talented mix media artist. It moved to Fort Worth, Texas in late 2016.

xBlue Unicorn Crafts is committed to bringing toys that reinvigorate the fantasy and imagination of childhood. Returns and exchange details
At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from my store.

You can request a cancellation of your purchase within two days of order.
I accept Paypal, Credit Cards, and Gift Cards. I do not accept checks or money orders.

Payment is due upon order. In cases of custom orders, I require half of the payment up front (non-refundable) and the other half upon completion. If the second payment is not paid in within two months of the listing (unless arrangements have been made), I will relist your item for general sale.

I will not send out items unless payment has cleared. If there is an issue with payment being processed due to a bank/card error, please contact me.

If you are in a situation where you do not have constant access to a computer or internet connection, please let me know upon ordering so I will hold on to your item(s).

I ship 1-2 days after receiving payment notification.

Currently, I ship through the United States Postal Service and use standard shipping (3-5 days). Insurance and confirmation are included in the shipping price. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me for a quote.

I use new boxes and like new boxes. Please make a note if your order is intended to be a gift and I'll jazz it up a little.

I ship to Canada and Mexico. Contact me for a quote if you are outside this areas.
Additional policies and FAQs
A note regarding custom orders:

50% of the order must be paid before I start on a custom item. Depending on the item, production may take 1-2 weeks. Please contact me for a work estimate.

I will set up two listings. One for the first half of the payment with a short description of your order and another one with final pictures, etc. We will be in contact via email and you will need to sign off on the finished product before this last listing is activated.

If the second payment is not paid in within two months of the listing (unless other arrangements have been made), I will relist your item for general sale.
