Ordered this on 9/27. I asked him to update me on 10/13 and he said, I'll ship it tomorrow! Then no word for days. I kept asking about when it would be shipped and he assured me it would be sent the weekend of October 19th. A shipping label was created but that's it. I tried to contact him and nothing for days. He then said I'll definitely get this to you before Halloween. Guess what? I talk to him today and he says sorry I'll give you a refund. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the product. Now I have nothing for my costume. I have Halloween tomorrow and Comicon this weekend and now no way if getting a replica. He really screwed me. If he couldn't do it, just admit it. I would have gone with someone else and now have a gun replica. Never deal with this guy, poor communication and empty promises.

Ordered an item on 9/30, was originally supposed to ship on 10/4. Was informed that the product was being finished and would ship on the 7th. I initially did not receive a shipping notification so I contacted on the 10th to see if there was a hold up. Was told that there was no issue, and I should be expecting a tracking number soon. Four days later, still nothing, so I asked again. Two days later I am told my order had been “confused for another” and mine would be sent out “tomorrow” (the 17th). I finally get a “pre-shipped” notification on the 19th, and here we are almost two weeks later with nothing still. I filed a case and I guess there was never an attempt at fulfilling my purchase at all, since a refund was issued almost immediately with no other word from the store. Find a store that keeps track of its orders properly.

Exactly what we needed

This item looks fabulous, and does still make noise as described. It looked great in the costume o put together. It did take three weeks to arrive.
