I accept payment via PayPal. You can purchase with your credit card on Paypal, and do not have to be a PayPal member to use this option.

If you would like to pay using a different method, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I always wait to receive confirmation that your payment has cleared before I ship your purchase.
Shipping
Items ship from United States via USPS Priority Mail domestically and First Class services to International buyers. I will ship to every country. Please ask me for prices!

I will ship your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you make a purchase on a Friday or over the weekend, I will ship it out on Monday morning. Domestic mail will take approx 1-5 days to get to you. International mail will take around 8-10 days. If you need your purchase rushed, please let me know. You can purchase express post, insurance or tracking for an extra charge. If you would like to purchase any of these options please indicate in ‘message to seller’ during purchase and wait for a revised invoice before paying. I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items, and will always send confirmation that your purchase has been sent.

If you are purchasing more than one item from my store, I will combine shipping, as this will be cheaper for you. Please go through checkout and wait for a revised invoice from me before paying.

Items are wrapped in protective material (such as bubble wrap) and where possible, I try to recycle packaging material.

If you are purchasing a gift, I can mail it directly to the recipient, gift wrap it further and/or include a note from you, depending on what you would like. Please indicate details and requests in ‘message to seller’ during purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try my very best to present items to you exactly as they are. However I understand that buying jewelry online is a difficult thing as you cannot touch it or try it on. Colors may also vary slightly from monitor to monitor. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please feel free to arrange with me to return or exchange it, within 10 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning anything, and upon me receiving the item back in its original, unworn, resellable condition, I will refund your money, minus shipping costs.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Additional policies and FAQs
REPAIRS:
I pride myself on creating durable pieces that will withstand the test of time when worn with a normal amount of wear and tear. However, if your jewelry breaks, due to faulty workmanship on my behalf, I would like to repair it for you. I will repair any piece that is up to a year old. (Depending on how it is broken and if you still have all the pieces or not, it may have to be remade slightly different from the original, depending on what materials I have available at the time.) Please contact me should your piece break, and I will arrange to pay for shipment costs.

Some pieces are more fragile than others, and as you will understand, need to be treated with special care. I will repair, for no cost to you, if the piece is clearly broken due to faulty craftsmanship. If it is broken for any other reason, or has clearly been treated too roughly, I am very happy to repair it, but I will ask you to pay for the materials, time and postage.

If, on arrival to you, the piece is damaged due to a fault of mine, I will gladly repair it (and cover shipping costs) or give you a full refund.

CUSTOM WORK:
I love custom work! Please let me know what you are concocting in your mind and I would love to work with you to make it a reality. Payments for custom orders are due before completion of the order.

If you have a piece of fabric that you would like a section of turned into a necklace, or any other art form (framed stitch piece) I would love to do it for you!
