UK orders will be sent 1st class. Recorded delivery is not included but can be - If you prefer a trackable service please contact me and I will find out costs for where you are and let you know before sending you a revised invoice.

If you do not ask for a recorded delivery please keep in mind the following:

If anything does go astray in the post I will refund you the amount I am able to claim back from Royal Mail. I’ll keep you as up to date as possible on any claims made as they progress. Full details of Royal Mails refund policies and types of shipping can be found on the website www.royalmail.com

It is not my responsibility if items are not recieved due to an incorrect postal address

US and other overseas orders

All international items are sent via RoyalMail Airmail. This is not a trackable service. If you wish to send it trackable please get in touch and I will send you a revised invoice.

I do not refund for lost packages (if you would like it to be sent with insurance please contact me when placing an order and I will look into the costs and send a revised invoice)
