It is my goal to provide stellar customer service with a product that brightens your day and the the day of the receiver.
Because each card is made to order it is possible that orders can take 7-10 days to ship out. However the typical turn around is 4 days. If you have a time-frame you are working with please contact me. I will be happy to accomodate you!

It is my goal to be as detailed with product descriptions as possible and for you to receive your cards in perfect condition so if for any reason you are unhappy I'm more than happy to make you happy and leaving every one having had a great transaction. And happy.
Cards are packaged in cellophane and sent in a stiff mailer. If you receive a card in less than perfect condition, send me a photo of the imperfection immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your card(s)) and I will ship out a replacement card. Shipping
Each card is slipped inside of a cellophane wrapper with its envelope. Up to ten to fifteen cards are shipped in a stiff white mailer. Cards are received in excellent condition.
Necklaces are affixed to 120 lb card and slipped into a cellophane wrapper. The necklace is wrapped in bubble wrapped and shipped in a white, stiff mailer.
If you pay by e-check it takes 3-5 business days for it to clear. I will ship your items once it has cleared.
I WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT IS IN YOUR PAYPAL. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS UPDATED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE ARE PROTECTED UNDER PAYPALS SELLER POLICY! IF YOU NEED TO SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ADDRESS THATS ON THE ETSY ACCOUNT, WHEN PAYING IN PAYPAL THERE IS AN OPTION TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS. JUST TYPE IN THE ADDRESS YOU WANT IT TO GO TO BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT.

Please be advised that due to the nature of my cards- each one is handmade upon ordering- its possible it may take up to a week to ten days before your package is sent. However the typical turn around time is about four days. If you need to receive your order by a certain date please do not hesitate to contact me and I will expedite the process for you. Thank you.
