Returns and exchanges
Please be sure to read the entire description of the jewelry before you buy. Although I will do my best to resolve any issues that may arise, please try to ensure that you know the dimensions, color, material, etc. of the item you are purchasing. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me asap, before you leave feedback.
Returns must be send within 7 days of receiving your package. (Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.)
All returns must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges . Returns sent without notice will not be accepted.
I accept PayPal. PayPal supports purchase using your credit or debit card without an account.
Please pay within 24 hours after your purchase, If you can not make the payment within 24 hours please send me a message to tell me and I'll hold the items for you no problem.
Otherwise the items will be re-listed and the sale will be canceled, I will notify you first before doing this.
NOTE: ONLY Customers from The Netherlands and Belgium are welcome pay trough Bank Transfer (bankoverschrijving). They can select the "Other" option when selecting payment methods. You then will be receiving a personal message from me within 24 hours confirming your order and with the payment information for bank transfer.
I ship worldwide from The Netherlands with Regular priority Air Mail (no tracking number). It may take from 2,5 to 4 weeks to arrive. Within Europe packages should arrive within 1,5 week (business days). Packages send within the Netherlands take 1 to 3 business days to arrive.
Please contact me for registered shipping options before placing your order.
Packages to the US and Australia can take up to 4 weeks or longer to arrive once they are shipped due to security and very alert US Customs. Your patience is highly appreciated in these cases.
I package with care, all jewelry is beautifully gift wrapped and send in a flat bubble envelope. If the package arrives damaged we are not responsible. But please get in contact with me.
Additional policies and FAQs
► 1. Don't wear your jewelery while you're asleep or while you're having a shower or soak in the bath!
►2. Avoid wearing perfume in the same spots as your jewelery. Perfume contains strong chemicals which can cause a reaction meaning the plating will tarnish and eventually break.
► 3. Brass items need to be looked after as brass tarnishes over time (although this does add to the vintage look!). To get your pieces shiny again just give them a wipe with some Brasso.
► 4.Please treat your pieces gently! Although every care is taken to ensure the strongest materials are used (i.e. glue) they may not withstand hard labor!
NICKEL AND LEAD:
All bronze chains and necklaces I have are 100% nickel free. I can not guarantee a 100% lead safe this is because most base-metal beads, charms and findings available on the market today (including mine) contain small amounts of lead. this goes for most of the bronze parts within my necklaces or charms.
As a rule of thumb, if a cast item or chain isn't certified "lead free," it probably contains some lead. These items can and often do still comply with strict laws we have in Europe and the US. All items are suitable for adults.
All brass, sterling and gold components, chains and charms are 100% nickel safe and lead safe.
