Loved that a bulk discount was offered! I have MANY teachers/aides/therapists to buy for at Christmas for my special needs child, and this made it affordable. The wristlets are exceptionally sturdy and well-made. The fabrics are varied and so cute! I kept one for myself, and have found it so convenient to be able to have my keys easily accessible while having my hands free--great for when I am buckling my son into the car, loading things in my trunk, juggling my briefcase and coffee, etc. Shipped quickly, too. Highly recommend!

I purchased this laptop sleeve and it was too big for my laptop. Probably there was a mistake about the sizes. In addition, the sleeve did not look thick and soft enough to protect the laptop. So, I returned it. Other than that, it was sewed perfectly and looking very stylish. I recommend you to give the sizes in more detail (a x b x c). In addition, I think it would be better if you use thicker material (such as neoprene).

For someone that was obsessed with sewing at the early age of 9, living my life behind the sewing machine is a dream!

I find excitement in searching for just the right fabrics, keeping in mind what I think my customers would like most.

Every day is packed full of cutting, sewing, pressing, responding to customer requests, carefully wrapping orders, and thinking up new ideas.

While that might not sound fun or exciting to most, for me it is what gets me excited to get my morning started each day. Well, that and the smell of coffee!

Welcome to my little corner of Etsy! Below you'll find my shop policies. Please read them over and let me know if you have any questions. And then get yourself a 'cuppa' and sit down and browse my store.

I love making pretty packages, so all orders will come gift wrapped, whether it's a gift for someone else or a little something for yourself!

Returns and exchanges

I have had only 1 small item returned in the years that I have been selling online, and that was only due to a color issue, not quality. I’ve sold over 1800 items online and so my refund policy is that All Sales Are Final. But if there is an error on my behalf, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will happily replace your item with an even exchange for the same item or similar item. I try my best to photograph and describe my items as accurately and clearly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item please contact me before placing your order.

My shop has been set up to accept payments from VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards.

Shipping

Because of my busy schedule, items are now shipping within 7 - 10 business days (does not count Saturday & Sunday) after your payment clears, (but usually much sooner than that, as I’m anxious for you to receive your package). :D

PLEASE make sure your shipping address is accurate and current! This is the address that your order will ship to.

US orders ship using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
For all orders shipping outside of the United States: Orders can take anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks to arrive. Once your order leaves the U.S. I have no way of tracking it. Also, any Customs Fees, Taxes, or Import Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over these, or any way of knowing what those fees will be. Due to potential legal repercussions, I declare the full item value on customs forms and will not misrepresent the contents of my parcels.
