Welcome to xtdesigns. The shop for all your lovingly hand embroidered pillows, cushions, etc.

I want to send an extremely warm and heartfelt thank you to all my past, present and future buyers. You have no idea what your orders mean to my tiny family and I. You help me pay the bills and put food on the table. If it wasn't for you, I don't know if we could get by.

I can no longer find the velvet that I used previously for the backs of pillows. Other velvets are not the same quality and have a tendency to stretch slightly. I am now using a faux suede. I have a few colors available. Please contact me for color options.

Please understand, due to the high amount of orders I get in my shop, I must accept orders in the order in which they are paid. What that means, is if you send me an inquiry and while we are working things out or you are deciding if you want to go ahead with the order and another customer puts in and pays for an order, I must take the other customer first.I know that this may seem unfair and I realize there are deadlines and that the majority of these pillows are gifts and are needed by a certain date. If I get an order before you place your order and the other customer is flexible with their time frame, then of course I am more than happy to re-organize when I start your pillow. I thank you for your understanding and patience. (If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask!)

Once again this holiday season, I had to turn away a large number of buyers due to the fact that I had a huge number of orders to fill. Please keep in mind that embroidering and sewing pillows takes a lot of time. With that being said, I want to invite potential and future customers to place their Holiday orders as early as they like. It is never too early to place an order for the next Holiday Season.

If you are interested in placing an order, please convo me for my availability and an estimated time frame. I appreciate all inquiries and interest. Thank you to all of you for your understanding and patience. Feel free to convo me with your ideas and requests. I am happy to give you an estimated start date. Of course, this does not only apply to holiday orders, but it is for orders throughout the year. The earlier you get in touch, the more likely it is that I can create your order.

Starting 1/26/11 I am requiring advance payment for all custom orders. That means I will give you a price and make you your own listing for what you order. Please DON'T purchase a pillow and then convo me about specifications. Any orders that are carried out in this way will not be honored. Please convo me first so we can discuss exactly what you want and I can give you a price. I will not begin work on any items unless they are paid in full first.

Thank you for visiting xtdesigns.

I am going in a different direction with my shop. I have been busy embroidering and making pillows, because wouldn't you know it, the bows weren't really selling. I have been embroidering since I was 14 years old. My mother taught me. I have been doing it sporadically over the years. It is relaxing for me and I really do enjoy it.

My two shops on Etsy are my only means of income at this time.

I want to make your experience here wonderful, so please convo me with any questions you might have.

Payment
I now only accept Paypal. Payment is expected at time of purchase. Payment of all items must be paid in full before I begin work. If you do not pay, I cannot begin on your order.
Shipping
As of October 5, 2010...
I require ALL shipped sales to have shipping confirmation. This price will be included in your shipping costs (it is only .90 cents) . NO exceptions. I am putting this into effect because of recent issue of an item being lost in the mail.

If your item is lost in the mail, I am in no way liable, nor will I refund your money. I keep excellent records and I can prove when your item went out.
If you choose to file a claim against the postal service, I will be more than happy to assist you in this.

If you are very worried about your item, please ask for insurance before you purchase. I will gladly make adjustments to your shipping costs. Paying for insurance is the buyer's responsibility.

I ship all over the world! If you are not in the USA, please convo me and I can check out how much it would cost to ship to you.

If you want to combine shipping on more than one item, please ask me BEFORE you purchase and item. I would be more than happy to adjust the cost for you.

You are responsible for ALL shipping charges. If The item you have ordered is fragile, ask me about shipping insurance. All items are packed snugly and safely.
Refunds and Exchanges
As far as embroideries are concerned, I unfortunately do not accept returns. There are no cash refunds or cancelation of orders. Thank you for your understanding.

If your item is lost in the mail, I will NOT refund your money, but I will do my absolute best to help you find it. (See the section on shipping.)

I build my reputation on Etsy (like all sellers) through feeback. Feedback and of course, positive feedback is very important to me and I take it seriously. I would appreciate it if you have had a good experience here, with me, with your new treasure, please leave me some positive feedback.

I am more than happy to take custom orders. If there is a particular color scheme you would like, please convo me and I will try to make it happen. The same goes for embroideries. Let's see what we can come up with.
