I ordered a lot of these for gifts, and was so glad I did! Super well-made, heavy so that you won't get burnt--but so cute! They were a big hot with everyone. I would happily order more! Thanks!!

About

making time to make

I really enjoy combining different techniques to make an item and a lot of my time and effort goes into it. I appreciate good craftsmanship and believe if you are going to take the time to make something it should be done with care.

I have always been around creative people (mum, grandma, friends) and they have been my source of inspiration to what I am doing with my crafts today. I always had a sewing machine at home, never took a sewing class, all I’ve learned was sourced by books and tips from anyone who did know more of the matter than I did.

I am a visual person, magazines and the net are one of my biggest sources of inspiration.
I don’t take images literally, I find myself making “connections” in my mind applying visual input in my designs (from the interiors I make to the handwork I create…)
I am also inspired by the fabrics I use, or a certain theme.
I love textiles in general, call me crazy but I can really get excited about a simple burlap cloth, and also fascinated by a piece of silk, or vintage embroidery.
I especially love vintage fabrics in colored retro prints and also new fabrics with modern, clean lines. It doesn’t matter really, as long as I can use my imagination to create something with them!

I take pride that all of my designs are handmade by me, from my own original ideas and patterns.
