Absolutely fantastic product and customer service. I was able to fully customize my box which ended up being a mix of a couple of the different boxes offered. The seller made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted by asking questions. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I ended up having the latches broken through shipping. It was shipped just before a postal strike so I wasn’t surprised. Due to this it also arrived late, at no fault to the seller. They replaced the broken latches immediately after I notified them. My play group is very jealous of my gorgeous carrying case. Thank you!
