Customer service is amazing also. We had issues with Canada Post that was not the sellers fault but she went out of her way to ensure it got to me! Thanks so much for all your help dealing with them and getting it to me.

If there is a problem and we cannot resolve it than the only alternative is a shop credit for the goods only - this does not include postage. This is only available if irrefutable evidence is found that I was in error. The item must be returned to me in the same condition it was sent, within 10 days of receiving it. You must purchase a tracking number so the item does not get lost in the mail. Once I have inspected the item to make sure the condition is what it was sent in, you will have credit only. To be used within 2 months from the date granted.
