Well made but the leggings are different to those in the image, since they are too loose fitting around the knee. I could not have a refund/return on them.

The material of my skirt is not soft as I expected. It's supposed to be "organic cotton & bamboo" but feels like regular tee-shirt material. The cut is flattering, Frost is a great color, and it's well made BUT not worth the $58.00 I paid! I could've bought a skirt like this anywhere. Also mine was made a size too small despite me giving my measurements with the order. I asked for a return, a re-make, or a refund but no response from my messages yet. Will not do made-to-order online again. Lesson learned.

I ordered this blouse thinking it would be similar to the other one, but this one is much shorter and barely makes it to the hips. I recommend being very specific about the measurements. So, I wasn't happy with this one. This only has two side seams and the rest is a raw cut edge.

This blouse is very nice and the length is perfect. Only the sides have seams, but hopefully the rest with the raw seams will be fine.

The thin elastic waistband didn't make for a good fit for me. Not happy with this style. Material is nice and craftsmanship, just not a good fit.

About

Roller skates and a dress up barrel

I grew up on Northern Michigan’s Keweenaw Peninsula. From early on I had an overwhelming desire to create and compose the materials and space around me. Being home-schooled allowed me to engage with wonderful mentors that helped me discover the potential I had to create.

My childhood and ongoing obsession with clothing has had little to do with taste and trends, but instead a fascination of how they transform the way I look and feel. My earliest sources of inspiration were a well-stocked dress up barrel, an assortment of dolls, my sisters and my roller skates, (you have to be able to move in what you’re wearing!)

In my last year as an art and design student at Finlandia University I finally discovered the fiber studio. Although I enjoyed working with many materials and forms of art, it was designing with textiles that felt very natural and accessible.

I have always enjoyed making things that people use or wear, and as I began selling my pieces, I was able to share this pleasure with others. So with a vintage Viking sewing machine I had been given for my 13th birthday I started sewing skirts and tops, then scarves and bags. I did some local craft shows and a few music festivals. Soon, a couple of local shop owners offered to carry my work and a business was born.

Now 10 years and over 10,000 yards of material later I am equipped with industrial sewing machines and a diverse pallet of materials. I am now wonderfully engaged in designing and creating accessible, unique and beautiful items for the everyday.

I have always loved to create, especially with textiles. The way clothing can transform the way we look and feel is my reward. The endless possibilities of combining color, texture and design always keeps me engaged and inspired.
