All accessories are my original designs and handmade by me. Inspired by the latest Fashion Trends and Bridal Gowns. I love being able to create Couture, Trendy, and Vintage Pieces for Brides to wear on their special day or for those 1920s Special Events.

I am the only designer and make all of my creations myself therefore at times I need to limit my custom orders to catch up or to finish new designs. If you have a custom request convo me with all the details. If you would like to take another designers piece as an inspiration and have a custom design made for you that I will do, but I WILL NOT REPLICATE someone else's designs since I would not like others to replicate my designs. Yaneth Busby is the exclusive designer for Yaneth & Company's Custom Bridal Accessories. Yaneth's fashion savviness, creative visions and handcrafting skills, allow her to design and create the perfect wedding accessory for brides on any Budget.
I am a Southern California native who has always had a special interest in the wedding industry. Starting at age eighteen with friends and friends of friends asking me to plan their wedding and decorate their reception halls, help brides with their hair, accessories, and fresh flower arrangements. I created custom creations for each bride. I enhanced my natural designing prowess by taking modeling classes and fashion classes in college. In October of 2009 I celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary and once again after not finding a flower fascinator or birdcage veil in my price range or the style I wanted, I decided to make my own fascinator and birdcage veil.
I realized that many brides struggle with finding beautiful, unique, yet budget friendly bridal accessories at Bridal Boutiques. This revelation, along with my passion, inspired me to help brides look their very best on their special and memorable day by designing and creating custom hair fascinators, birdcage veils, gown sashes and other bridal accessories. With the encouragement of my husband and business partner Caesar, Yaneth & Company was created. My style is chic, vintage, retro, sophisticated, elegant and very affordable. Many designs are one of a kind making them perfect for brides who like something special that only they have.
I pride myself in having an honest business and in the work I do. I understand that my line of work depends on recommendations from one bride to another, so I strive to have good customer service, fast response time, and beautiful final products. I send out invoices for custom orders via PayPal when custom orders are available. Once I receive confirmation of payment I will notify you and the process of construction begins. I also have ready to wear items.
On occasion the shop will not take custom orders; this is because there has been an abundance of custom orders. I personally design every item and construct them therefore to keep the quality of my work to its highest at times custom orders will not be accepted until I have caught up with current orders. I appreciate your understanding.

E-check PAYMENTS
items will not ship out or be MADE until it has cleared. It takes between 5 to 6 days to clear.

PRICE CHANGES:
Please be aware that prices on items will change as material cost goes up, some items maybe on an introductory price and than go to their original price.
Estimates given are good for 1 week after that it may or may not be the same.
Items will sale for current listed price in my Etsy shop.

PRICES:
Are calculated based on materials used, time it takes to make the item, intricacy of the design,a rush, special ordered materials if they are not in stock.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
As of July 28, 2013 there will be delivery confirmation for the following international Countries:
Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland

SHIPPING COSTS: include shipping and handling (packaging,etsy and paypal fees,shipping labels)

Please make sure your information on Paypal/Etsy is up to date and completely filled out correctly.

SHIPPING varies with PAYMENT PROCESS
E-check PAYMENTS: items will not ship out until it has cleared.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING:

-USPS REGULAR: takes between 3 to 5 business days
-USPS PRIORITY: takes between 2 to 3 business days
-USPS EXPRESS: takes between next day to 2 days (guaranteed)
(all can be tracked within the US)

All of these time estimates are what the usps lists and I cannot make any guarantees since I don't have control over USPS.

SHIPPING OUT OF THE UNITED STATES:
-safest way is express because it can be tracked or DHL
Please note you may be charged an additional customs fee to import goods into your country. These fees are your responsibility to pay, these are not included in our price.

-USPS PRIORITY: takes between 2 weeks (but can take up to 4 weeks) no tracking available

-USPS EXPRESS: takes about 6 business days, item can be tracked. Customs may hold your item for additional payment.

Please note shipping timelines are estimates given by the USPS
All packages leave the US within 2 days from there they have to go through customs than your postal service the 2 weeks and 6 days is the time it takes once your package has made it to your post office, it does not include time it takes to CLEAR CUSTOMS. Customs unfortunately don't always scran in packages and it may take days or even a month before packages clear customs. Please check with your CUSTOMS for any fees or restrictions before making your purchase

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS NOT MAKING YOUR TIMELINE since it is completely out of my hands. .

LOST MAIL OR DAMAGED ITEMS, LATE ITEMS:
I am not responsible for LOST MAIL or DAMAGED ITEMS or late items since I have no control over that. I offer 3 different ways of shipping so you can choose which best fits your budget, and needs. I will never ship out a damaged item they ship in perfect condition and I do my best to package it correctly. You will need to provide evidence of damage.

ITEMS SHIP OUT IN:
Sashes and some headpieces: ship priority boxes
Most other items ship in jewelry boxes in bubble shipping envelopes
Veils ship out in bubble envelopes

COST OF UPGRADE SHIPPING
Shipping depends on the item and number of items and weight. Please convo me Prior to purchasing.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
INSURANCE
Signature requirements and insurance are upgrades and require addtional payment.
Please note we are not responsible for any damage or lost packages once it's mailed out.
Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds, no exchanges, If you are International buyer, I am not responsible for any additional fees or duties owed.

You have 1 HOURS TO CANCEL AN ORDER:
To cancel an order you must send me a convo within that 1 hour asking for order to be cancelled also email me at ychairflowers [!at] gmail.com and let me know you will need to cancel your order. A $2.00 cancelation fee will be applied because of the work it takes to cancel an order.

-I process READY TO SHIP OUT orders right way. Once your item has shipped it cannot be cancelled, custom order or made to orders that have been started can not be cancelled. If you have any doubts or questions please address them with me prior to making your purchase. Thank you

-RETURNED PACKAGES FROM USPS: any pack that is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address or not pick-up or any other reason by USPS will not receive a refund.
You can have the package re-shipped once problem has been corrected and you are responsible for the new shipping label cost.
For International packages same applies.
You have 1 week to make arrangements for payment and shipping back.
Please note order is final. If after a week it still has not been paid and re-shipped the item will be re-sold shipping will not be refunded and a 25% re-stocking fee will not be refunded.

COLOR MATCHING:
Please be ADVISED: Colors of fabrics and materials vary from manufacturer therefore some Ivories, Whites and other colors may vary in shades from other Bridal designers and from your swatches. All sales are final, you are welcome to send a swatch to match up colors prior to purchasing.
Colors on postings may appear a certain hue, every computer screen has its own settings and color can vary from mine, also depending on the lighting used for the photo. If you really want something to match please send me a swatch and I will do my best to help you with that.

SWATCHES: when available can be shipped out for $6.00

I am not responsible for any DAMAGE to an item once it has been shipped, however if you receive your item and there is some damage you are welcome to CONTACT ME within 2 DAYS of receiving it. To either receive instructions as to how to correct the problem yourself or you can mail it back for repairs when same materials are available at which point you would be responsible for shipping costs. Repairs will be made so it looks like your original order; if you want to change your original order, additional charges will be applied accordingly and turn around time will depend on my current work load. No additional damages must be present once shipped back. It will need to be shipped back in original packaging to prevent further damage. Pictures of problem will be requested.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Once an order is complete you will be notified with pictures for approval, approval or a respond needs to happen within 3 days if no responce was given than I will take that as an okay and your item will ship out.

If you bought a custom order you will receive a picture of the exact item that is being sent out to you via e-mail or a convo. I personally package every item and make sure there is no damage to it. As mentioned before once its been shipped we are not responsible for any damage.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I love making CUSTOM orders however because of the amount of work I get at times I do ask that changes are kept to a minimum. Once a FINAL DESIGN is reached than changes will be limited. There may be times changes can be made at no extra charge but other times additional fees will be charged if changes cause damage to materials or a differs from original design. Please try to be as sure as possible of what you want and be flexiable that some changes cannot be made once items are finished.

CUSTOM ORDER PRICES:
Ordering a custom item does not necessarily mean it’s more expensive than a ready-to-wear item, final price is calculated by materials used and intricacy of the work and any charges for last minute changes or changes to the original agreed upon design.

My goal is to make a beautiful custom item for you and also to avoid ending up with custom items that don’t get paid, therefor payment will be required in full. Store policies help to give good quality items at a lower price than most.

I take pictures of your item as it is being made when applicable or once it is finished, each time you receive a picture I wait for your approval and then continue to the next step. This process helps you the bride, decide if you want to change something or add something before things become permanent. You can send me a picture of your dress and swatches to match colors or textures. I will take the final pictures of your item. Once final pictures are approved then items are packaged and shipped out.
