Very sad not to have received this item as yarnlust is a very talented dyer, but communication with her was great while she tried to correct a shipping problem, and I promptly received a refund once requested.

Shopping from YarnLust was fun and inspiring. While I did not receive this item, communication with the seller was prompt, and when requested a full refund was delivered.

I lovingly dye each skein individually, so no two will ever be exactly the same. However, if you have colorway or yardage requests please let me know and I will more than happy to send you a quote for your custom order :) To check out the different colorways, please check out my sold items.
Accepted payment methods
All payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. I will probably contact you if I see that your payment hasn't posted within the first 24 hours. If no contact has been made about the unpaid item, Yarn Lust reserves the right to cancel the transaction and report it to Etsy.
1) All stitchmarkers will be shipped in the U.S. via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping outside of the U.S. will be sent via First Class International Mail. Flat rate price still applies here :)
2) All orders 2 skeins or less will be shipped via First Class Mail. If you order 3 or more skeins, it will be shipped via Priority Mail.
Of course, neither #1 or #2 applies if there's a free shipping promotion going on :)
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a faster method, please convo me for pricing. Likewise, if you would like to insure your shipment, please contact me - and I'll provide a quote and add it to your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me (preferably within 48 hours of receipt). Returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Additional policies and FAQs
All yarns can be wound into center-pull cakes at your request for no additional charge - just let me know when purchasing so that I can take care of that for you.
I dye all my yarn in my cat-friendly home. I also rinse my yarns in a lavender-vanilla wool wash. If you are allergic to any of the above, please contact me, and I will happily re-rinse your yarn to try help you to avoid any allergy complications.
All offer codes and gift certificates can be entered in the "Notes" section when purchasing. I will then contact you if anything else needs to be done.
